Can I use these programs for my ICF credential renewal?
Yes. Impact Business Coaches is an ICF Approved Provider of Continuing Coach Education. Our coach training programs provide CCE units that ICF credential holders (ACC, PCC, and MCC) can apply toward the 40 CCE units required for renewal every three years.
Do I have to give up my ICF credential to earn a WABC™ credential?
Not at all. The credentials are complementary, not competing. Many Coaches hold both — using their ICF credential to signal professional coaching mastery and their WABC™ credential to signal business coaching specialization.
What is the Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC™)?
The RCC™ is a credential awarded by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™ to graduates of The Heart of Leadership Coaching®, a WABC™ Accredited program. It signals specialized competence in coaching within business environments and is respected by organizations worldwide.
What is the Certified Leader as Coach™ (CLAC™)?
The CLAC™ is a credential for leaders — managers, directors, and executives — who complete The Coaching Leader™ program and demonstrate the ability to coach their people in the flow of work. It’s designed for those who lead first and coach as part of how they lead.
How is WABC™ different from ICF?
The International Coaching Federation credentials Coaches across all specialties — life, career, health, leadership, and more. The Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™, founded in 1997, is dedicated exclusively to business coaching. In corporate settings where results and accountability are the language, a WABC™ credential signals that your training was built specifically for that world.
How many CCE units will I earn?
Do the coach certification programs qualify for other recertification credits?
Yes — Impact Business Coaches is also an approved provider for SHRM, HRCI®, and ATD recertification credit. If you hold HR or talent development credentials alongside your ICF credential, one program may serve multiple renewals. Contact us to confirm credit amounts for your specific credentials.
