Complete an assessment
This is an important step so that your Coach can develop a customized group coaching plan to help team members achieve maximum team performance.
Each individual team member will complete an assessment to learn more about their individual strengths and challenges they bring to their teams.

Show up and participate
Group coaching sessions help each individual learn behaviors to become a more effective and impactful team member.
During this process, team members learn valuable information that can be applied to improve team dynamics.

Create Action Plan
Action Plans are strategic documents that help each individual apply what they’re learning, take accountability for their results, and continue creating sustainable success long after the coaching sessions end.
All team members create individual Action Plans throughout the coaching process with the guidance of their Coach.

Teams can become dysfunctional over time if we aren’t intentional about how they’re working together and how each team member is growing their skills.
The Five Behaviors® Program for Personal Development is based on the work of Patrick Lencioni’s international best-seller The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.
This program helps team members apply The Five Behaviors® model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results to their real-world challenges in order to drive team effectiveness and productivity.
During this program, you’ll work with a Coach to identify both individual strengths as well as challenges you bring to your team and learn new behaviors to make your teams more cohesive and more fun! You’ll also work with a Coach to create strategic documents called Action Plans that help you apply what you learn, commit to new behaviors, and continue creating cohesive teams long after the coaching workshop ends.

We work with the entire team to identify the team’s strengths and specific challenges to learn behaviors necessary to build a cohesive team for maximum impact.

Team leader interview
This interview allows the Coach to hear from the team leader’s perspective about the team’s strengths, challenges, and the outcomes they would like to achieve.

Team member interviews
Each team member is also interviewed so that the Coach can identify the strengths and challenges that exist within the team to customize the coaching process.

Complete team assessment
The team assessment further identifies key insights so the Coach can plan customized workshops for this team.
Team members complete an assessment to rate the overall health of the team and share additional insights into the strengths and challenges of the team.

Show up and participate
The first team workshop is hosted off-site so that team members are in a new environment and can fully immerse themselves in the coaching experience.

Create Action Plan
Action Plans are strategic documents that help teams apply what they’re learning, take accountability for their results, and continue creating sustainable success long after the coaching workshops end.
Throughout the coaching process, the team works together to create team Action Plans and personal Action Plans that relate back to the team Action Plans.

Review progress
The Coach schedules follow-up sessions to review team and individual Action Plans to help the team make strategic adjustments where needed.
The Coach will also share additional tools with the team to support their success long-term.

Trust is at the foundation of a cohesive team, but not at the surface level of a trust fall. For a cohesive team, trust is about being honest about who you are, your strengths and challenges, your ability to deal with conflict respectfully to generate bigger ideas and better results, and your ability to commit to the team goals while holding each other accountable to achieve sustainable results.
When team members understand themselves, the personalities on their team, and how they can build cohesiveness to work together more effectively, they’re able to generate and sustain high performance.
Each team member will complete a summative assessment to identify the strengths and challenges of the team and rate the team on the five behaviors needed for a cohesive team. The team rating will allow the Coach to dig deeper into the roots of the challenges, as well as identify greatest strengths so that the team can grow even stronger.
Together with a Coach, the team will learn more about their strengths and challenges to create strategic team and individual Action Plans and identify ground rules for how the team will operate to work more cohesively for sustainable success. The Five Behaviors® Program for Intact Teams is a transformative experience.
