Two Paths to
Credentialed Business Coaching
Coaching has become one of the most important capabilities in today’s workplace—not just for those who are struggling, but for helping people reach their highest potential, build stronger teams, and drive sustainable results.
Skills and credentials are not the same thing.
As more professionals seek coaching training, an important distinction must be made. Learning coaching skills is one thing. Earning a credible business coaching credential is another entirely.
Credentials establish trust. They signal professional standards. And they matter in organizations where results, accountability, and credibility are required.

At Impact Business Coaches, our coaching training programs are accredited by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™ (WABC™)—the leading global authority dedicated exclusively to business coaching.
Which Path Will You Choose?
We offer two paths to your coaching credential… and each path addresses two essential forms of coaching inside organizations.
Both are essential. And both require a different approach.
Choose the path that matches the role you want coaching to play in your work and life.
