Your Six-Month Journey
The Heart of Leadership Coaching® is a six-month learning experience designed to build your confidence and credibility as a professional Business Coach.

Apply and Interview
Your application and interview will help your HLC® instructor understand your goals so we can discuss your path to earning your RCC™ credential.

Participate in the Program
Virtual sessions, on-demand learning, and in-person experiences where you practice coaching and being coached—alongside a community of professionals committed to the same growth.

Complete 30 Coaching Hours
Practice with at least three individuals, building real confidence in the process and tools.

Coaching Support
Two individual coaching sessions and one group coaching session during the program.

Coaching Triads
Practice as Coach, Coachee, and Observer—receiving structured feedback at every stage.

Earn Your RCC™
Graduates earn your Registered Corporate Coach™ credential from WABC™, a complimentary one-year WABC™ membership, and an invitation to continue growing in the Coaches Circle within the Impact Business Community.
