The flow of the sessions is great. The content and presentation of information was easy to follow. Overall fantastic job. I use these applications at home and at work. It is an all around wonderful program and it has been a blessing in my life.
It really helped me reset my attention to detail. Since I did not know the others prior, short cuts to the process become more evident and I needed that conviction to hold myself more accountable. Definitely worth the time, regardless of previous training levels. Just the array of other participants assures we come away with at least one new perspective.
