Complete interview
Based on your interview, you’ll be matched with an experienced leadership Coach for your first call.
During this call, you can start to discuss some of your goals and challenges. You and your Coach will also get to know each other.
After this first call, you’ll have the opportunity to decide if you want to move forward with your Coach and the coaching process.

Discover during intake session
This is an important step in helping you lead the life you want.
The intake session will help you understand who you are, the life you want to build, and how to work toward your true goals.
We help you start to dig deep right away with the most effective session that gets to the roots of your challenges.

Show up and participate
You and your Coach will start to meet consistently.
Coaching sessions focus on long- and short-term goals, investing in your strengths, and increasing well-being so that you can achieve high-performance success and make your greatest impact on the world.

The Growth Plan is an evolving tool that you will use throughout your career to work toward your highest potential in sustainable ways.
You’ll create your Growth Plan during the coaching process.
