Lisa Dwight – ILP

You get pretty personal in these trainings. I learned so much and feel a forever bond with my colleagues. I am thankful to have gone on this journey with them. All four of them are incredible people. It was also nice to have a few in the group from outside Dodge because they were able to bring in different perspectives that perhaps we hadn’t thought of in our world.
