Get involved if given the opportunity. I have had several opportunities to participate in similar leadership courses and this one is great for new and seasoned managers. As a seasoned manager it is a great refresher and stirred new thought and discussion!
The format was great and you kept it interesting. Material was relative and informative. Loved the interaction with the large and small groups. It was interesting to hear other people’s input.This course will help you grow to be a more effective leader and show you how to improve on interacting with others.
It is worthwhile to invest the time/money to see how personalities impact day-to-day interactions.
