Be prepared to see your weaknesses but also be open enough to understand we all have them and with consistent work and self accountability you will be able to pull back the layers to reveal the best you.

This is a great opportunity to assess and identify core values and how they impact your influence as a leader.

The whole module was interesting and the breakout session allowed us to really dive deep and discuss the importance of influence as a leader. This was very impactful and I learned so much that I hope to continue to put into practice to better not only myself, my employees, but also my organization.

It was a beneficial experience that not only demonstrated the leadership principles needed to grow, but also who you are as a person and how this lays the groundwork for leadership.

It can open your eyes to how your actions affect those around you and the work environment, whether you’re in a leadership role or not, and that the self awareness that the program creates is well worth it.

All aspects of this training have been very helpful in understanding how my team thinks, processes, and reacts to management/leadership. I believe that I have learned a lot and this course will help me manage myself and my team members.
