Get involved if given the opportunity. I have had several opportunities to participate in similar leadership courses and this one is great for new and seasoned managers. As a seasoned manager it is a great refresher and stirred new thought and discussion!
The format was great and you kept it interesting. Material was relative and informative. Loved the interaction with the large and small groups.
