We provide you with the latest research on what it takes to be a great leader… research-based, validated leadership assessments…interaction and learning from others… and practice, practice, practice, all with an experienced Leadership Coach by your side as you apply what you learn in your current role.
Impact Leadership Programs contains 3 Modules focused on the 3 critical areas for leadership:

Module 1: MANAGE
How do you manage others so you bring out their very best?
YOU WILL:
- Discover your Management Style.
- Learn how to manage people effectively.
- Learn how to direct and delegate your people according to their style.
- Learn how to motivate and develop your people according to their style.
- Learn how to work more effectively with your Manager.
- Learn how to apply what you learn in your current role.

Module 2: COACH
How do you coach people so that you help them grow and develop?
YOU WILL:
- Learn core coaching processes and concepts.
- Discover the benefits of asking powerful questions and the importance of SITS.
- Learn how to listen more effectively.
- Learn the difference in Coaching, Managing, and Mentoring.
- Learn and practice an informal coaching tool: WOW Coaching Chat®.
- Learn how to use FeedForward and the SMART Goal Worksheet.

Module 3: INFLUENCE
How do you stretch outside your comfort zone to more effectively influence others to achieve success?
YOU WILL:
- Discover your instinctive mindsets that shape your responses and interactions.
- Recognize opportunities to stretch beyond what comes naturally to influence more effectively.
- Take action to become more agile in your approach to social and emotional situations.
- Learn how to authentically live out your values to influence the people around you.
